Workout routine

Hello everyone! Above are the pictures to each work out so you can see a visual. They are all in order!For me my workouts don't really involve weights, if so I use very light weights because I have to keep a certain figure for modeling! But everyones different, so if you want to manipulate these workouts and add more reps or weights please do so!!!!
Cardio: I do 15 minutes on the elliptical. I increase the cross ramp to 14 and the resistance to 3. (did not include a picture)
Abs: 15 side dibs on each side so 30 in total
10 leg raises
15 bicycles on each side
10 hip raises
I then repeat these 2 more times= 3 sets in total
Legs: so I don't know the real name for this work out but I call it the inner thigh leg raise, do 20 on each leg 3 times!
10 hip lifts 2 times
15 froggy hip lifts
***if you want to gain more muscle in your booty then definitely incorporate squats, deadlifts, lunges etc.. and use weights!
Arms: For me I like to keep my arms toned, but don't want to gain muscle so I do 10 bicep curls 2 times on weight 4!
This work out takes me about 40 to 45 min and I do a little stretch before and after my work out!
Also working out won't pay off unless you are eating healthy, or at least trying to eat healthier I know how hard it can be lol!
